Submission Guidelines

The Book Series welcomes high-quality scholarly proposals and manuscripts that contribute to advancing knowledge on governance, public policy, institutional innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, resilience, and complex societal challenges.

Types of Publications

The series accepts:

  • Research Monographs
  • Edited Volumes
  • Conference Proceedings
  • Advanced Textbooks
  • Policy-Oriented Books
  • Research Handbooks

Scope

Submissions should align with the aims and scope of the Book Series and demonstrate originality, academic rigor, and international relevance.

Submission Requirements

Authors should submit the following through the Open Monograph Press (OMP) system:

  • Book Proposal or Full Manuscript
  • Abstract (200 words)
  • Keywords (3-5 keywords)
  • Table of Contents
  • Author Biography (100–150 words)
  • ORCID iD (recommended)
  • All figures, tables, and illustrations in editable format
  • Permissions for any copyrighted materials, where applicable

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should:

  • Be written in clear academic English.
  • Follow a consistent citation style (APA 7th edition is recommended).
  • Be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Include complete references and appropriate acknowledgements where applicable.
  • Comply with the ethical standards of scholarly publishing.

Review Process

All submissions undergo:

  1. Initial Editorial Screening
  2. Internal Editorial Review
  3. Double-Anonymous External Peer Review
  4. Final Editorial Decision
  5. Copyediting and Production

Publication Ethics

Authors must comply with the principles of research integrity and publication ethics. Submitted works should be free from plagiarism, fabricated data, duplicate publication, and unethical research practices. Authors are required to disclose any competing interests and obtain ethical approval where necessary.

Open Access

Where applicable, books may be published under an Open Access model in accordance with the publisher's policies and licensing agreements.
